Penderyn. Not my favourite scotch. Don't quite get the appeal either.
I like Celt, they're doing good things. This one slipped a little towards the end though.
Celt - Hallstatt Deity
An unfiltered saison, over 6%. Light malts and very sour fruits and an acidic finish. Quite tart.
This beer was biting.
