The Beer Advent Calendar 2011 - December 11th

Yes guys, there is a beer today.  After curing feeling-like-crap with tea, toast, a toasted sandwich, Ribena and some Transform-a-snacks I felt a tad thirsty. 

I drank an absurd amount of free scotch yesterday so I wasn't sure if my tastebuds would be up to this, but thankfully a familiar beer came out of todays bag.

Wychwood - Bah Humbug

Bah Humbug is nice.  It's packed with festive flavours, it's smooth and very lightly carbonated.
Smells like fruit (I smell bananas, honest!), obvious scent of cloves, maybe cinnamon - it's nice a rich.
Quite lively to drink, tastes a lot like it smells and it has a great fruity finish.

The best seasonal Christmas ale I've had.  I'll put it with a Fullers Reserve (I have a 2008 this year) and make it mandatory for every Christmas from now on!
