Cwrw Braf means "lovely beer", and they're not far off. I visted Cardiffs Winter Wonderland a week or so ago and attempted to buy this on tap but the barrel was out and I settled for a bottle of Cwrw Haf (that means summer beer...in Winter Wonderland...?). I imagine the tapped beer would have been a bit better.
Cwrw Braf is quite light on the bitter with some softish carbonation (I'm still struggling with flavours due to my cold), it's nice enough but a little basic as far as flavours go, bit of hops, bit of malt.
It's inoffensive and enjoyable, but not one to seek out unless you must. Very suitable for a pub session.
